FAQ

Frequently asked questions

01Do I need drawings first?

Kitdee focuses on building to drawings. The client sends the existing drawings; we check them and compare them with the real site before pricing.

02How is the price worked out?

At step 04 we take quantities off the drawings into a line-by-line BOQ with real material and labour costs, sent to the client ahead. At step 05 we go through the quotation together line by line.

03How are materials chosen?

At step 06 real material samples are shown side by side before anything is ordered or produced.

04What if I want to add or reduce work?

Every change after signing is a VO. Additions become new BOQ lines, reductions are removed line by line, and the client sees and confirms it first, every time.

05Can you tell me when it will be finished?

Yes. The timeline and finish date come with the quotation, so the client sees them before deciding, and every step has a named owner.

06How is the work checked before handover?

At step 09 the client approves the marked layout and switch/socket positions before work starts. At step 12 our team inspects first, with QC results and photos. At step 13 the client walks the job with us. Gaps, crooked lines and unfinished edges get fixed before handover.

07Is there a warranty?

Handover comes with documents, photos, a care guide and a 1-year warranty, followed by an aftercare step.
